Hello all, The market is still kicking. I return to Westchester and Putnam counties for clients and their family/friends. Lately, I have been focused in the river towns. It’s quite active with a recent sale selling for $501,000 over asking on an $850,000 listing. Not sure what’s nuttier – going 62% over asking or feeling...
